• 30 hours of classroom instruction
• 6 1-hour behind-the-wheel driving lessons (Drives are not done during classroom hours.)
• The program (30 hours of classroom + 6 one-hour drives) should be completed within four months .  The BMV requires students to be completed within 180 days of drive scheduling.  If not completed, the BMV is to be notified.  The student may forfeit their driver education status.

COACH'S DOES NOT PROVIDE THE CDE FORM UNTIL THE FIRST DAY OF CLASS.

There is a $50 fee for changing your class schedule once after you have registered. If you are not able to attend ALL of the classes, please enroll in a course with dates and times that are not in conflict with your other commitments.

YOU DO NOT HAVE A GUARANTEED SEAT IN CLASS UNLESS THE STUDENT ACCOUNT HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL WHEN REGISTERING/ENROLLING.

Do not obtain your Learner's Permit before receiving the CDE form. On the first day of class, we issue the CDE form for you to take to the BMV to obtain your permit. The form allows you to apply for your driver's license at 16 years and 90 days of age upon successful completion of the course.

Once you have your permit, you can login to schedule your drives online (coachdrivered.com). You must have at least two days between drives. Student who already hold a permit when enrolling to take a class must wait until after the first day of class to schedule any drives.  If you do not follow these policies, you may find your drives canceled at our discretion.

You must provide transportation to and from our school.

Payment must be made when registering to secure your seat. If payment is not made within 48 hours of your registration, you will be removed from the class roster. If the class is filling quickly, your name may be removed sooner so a paying student may enroll.

STUDENTS WHO DO NOT PASS THE 6^TH DRIVE (INCLUDES ON-LINE CLASSROOM STUDENTS), BUT WISH TO CONTINUE WITH THE DRIVER EDUCATION PROGRAM MUST PURCHASE AN ADDITIONAL DRIVE AT $55.

STUDENTS WHO SUCCESSFULLY PASS THE COMPLETE DRIVER EDUCATION PROGRAM (30 HOURS OF CLASS + 6 ONE HOUR DRIVES) AND ARE AGE APPROPRIATE (16 YEARS & 90 DAYS OLD) MAY OPT TO TAKE THE SKILL WAIVER/STATE ROAD TEST AT COACH'S.  YOU MUST CALL THE OFFICE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT.  PAYMENT ($40) IS EXPECTED TO SET THE APPOINTMENT TIME.   ONCE THE APPOINTMENT IS MADE, YOU MAY NOT CHANGE/RESCHEDULE/CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT.  THE STUDENT MUST ATTEND THE APPOINTMENT OR IT IS A FORFEIT OF THE APPOINTMENT & MONIES PAID.

Any student/customer taking the 6 one-hour drives (or additional drives), Adult Drive(s), or the Skill Waiver Test acknowledges that they will hold Coach's Driver Education, the BMV, and the State of Indiana harmless for any injuries sustained from any accident during any of the driving appointments.

PARTIAL DRIVER EDUCATION PACKAGE - 6 ONE-HOUR DRIVES (30 HOURS OF CLASSROOM HAS ALREADY BEEN COMPLETED WITH AN ON-LINE CLASSROOM PROVIDER).

THIS SERVICE IS OFFERED AT THE AVON LOCATION ONLY.

This package is for students who have ALREADY COMPLETED their 30 hours of classroom with an on-line provider.  DO NOT REGISTER unless student is completed.

Please ensure you submit the official on-line completion form & ALLOW AT LEAST 48 BUSINESS HOURS FOR THE NECESSARY BMV PAPERWORK TO BE PREPARED for the student. 

You must pre-register/enroll/pay for the student as we do not take registrations in person/office.  WE CANNOT COMPLETE ANY OF THE NECESSARY PAPERWORK YOU WILL NEED FOR THE BMV/PERMIT UNTIL WE HAVE RECEIVED A COPY OF THE OFFICIAL ON-LINE COMPLETION.  You may scan your on-line completion certificate, and attach it to an email to coachdrivered@outlook.com, send a copy to info@coachdrivered.com or fax (317-272-9234) the certificate.   We cannot log into your on-line account to obtain a copy of your completion, nor do we accept photos of the certificate taken with your phone.

(COACH'S DOES NOT PROVIDE THE ON-LINE CLASSROOM TRAINING.  YOU WILL NEED TO SELECT A COMPANY LICENSED BY THE BMV FOR THIS SERVICE.) 

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR KEEPING A COPY OF YOUR ON-LINE CLASSROOM COMPLETION FORM from the company you used for your 30 hours of classroom.  The BMV will require you to present this when the student is applying for their driver license.  COACH'S DOES NOT PROVIDE COPIES OF THIS FORM TO YOU.

PER THE BMV - STUDENTS MUST BE COMPLETED WITH THE DRIVER EDUCATION/6 ONE-HOUR DRIVES WITHIN 180 DAYS.  IF NOT COMPLETED, THE BMV MUST BE NOTIFIED.  IT MAY TAKE UP TO 4 MONTHS OR LONGER TO COMPLETE YOUR DRIVES.

COACH'S DOES NOT PROVIDE THE CDE FORM UNTIL THE STUDENT IS ENROLLED/PAID AND THE OFFICIAL COMPLETION FORM FROM THE ON-LINE PROVIDER HAS BEEN SUBMITTED.

Do Not Submit your official on-line completion certificate unless you have already enrolled/paid for the 6 one-hour drives.  Coach's will not be responsible for paperwork submitted prior to someone registered/paid as a student.   

You may not schedule drives until the official completion form has been submitted and contact made with Coach's office personnel to confirm the students Paperwork is accepted/being processed.

All six of your lessons must be completed within 180 days of registration for your drives. If you do not complete the program within this time period, the BMV is to be notified.  The students will then forfeit the rest of the program along with your driver education status.
